Dear Valued Customer,
In light of the recent challenges experienced with airfreight shipments imported into the USA, we wish to inform
you of the current situation.
As carriers have changed over from Summer to Winter schedules, available capacity has become severely limited
resulting in delays. This is compounded by the rising demand for space due to a booming economy and priority always
being given to postal mail, human remains, medical shipments, perishables, government shipments, and carrier
This has created a backlog of airfreight shipments that have been off-loaded at origin and re-planned for later flights.
Even with VIP status, dedicated space, and express service, air cargo shipments are experiencing delays as the carriers
work to accommodate the high volume of shipments.
Unfortunately, backlogs are expected to be prolonged into the New Year due to increased Holiday traffic and greater risk
of inclement weather delays.
