Hurricane Irma: Charleston and Savannah Port Conditions – Update Monday, Sept. 11

Dear All,

Please see the below updated notices regarding Charleston and Savannah Ports.

Charleston, SC:

The South Carolina Ports Authority continues to monitor conditions associated with tropical storm Irma.

The SCPA will cease all Charleston operations – breakbulk and container – at 2pm on Monday, September 11.

Normal operations will resume on Tuesday morning, September 12.

Savannah, GA:

The port remains closed through Tuesday, September 12.

Port operations are currently expected to resume on Wednesday, September 13.
